Ex Libris Knowledge Days is a two-day pre-conference event where customers can increase their knowledge of Ex Libris products in an in-person learning environment. There will be a mix of hands-on workshop-type sessions interspersed with lectures on a variety of topics. Our instructors are product experts from the Customer Education, Customer Care, and Premium Services teams.
The full Knowledge Days program will be posted in the spring, generally around the time registration opens. Knowledge Day attendees will have the opportunity to plan their schedules with the dryfta online app.
