This session will focus on the actual XSL used to customize those letters. The following customization examples will be discussed: making certain Rapido requests process like consortial requests, making certain hybrid requests process like Rapido requests, conditionally printing library logos, header lines, and shipping addresses, and formatting string addresses from Rapid. This session will also discuss progress made in attempting to prevent Alma from printing the wrong holdings information on paging slips.
