20240515T1145 20240515T1230 America/Chicago Collaborating With Ex Libris To Connect Internal Silos and External Information Resources for Broader Discovery We recently completed a project migrating documents from a siloed standalone OpenText Collection Server to a hybrid of Alma/Primo VE for searching and on-premises OpenText Content Server for document storage. We engaged Ex Libris for assistance with transforming the metadata from the old system to MARC and used portfolios to link users from the metadata records to the documents in OpenText. In this talk, we will share our process and demonstrate the advantages of searching internal and published information together in Primo VE.
