20240516T1215 20240516T1300 America/Chicago Aleph to Alma/Primo VE Migration from a Consortial Perspective The Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC) Library Services consortia migrated from Aleph and a homegrown discovery tool to Alma and Primo VE in July 2021. This session will cover FLVC’s process of migrating the Library and Discovery system for a consortium of forty institutions, with over 150 libraries. We’ll discuss our organization framework, implementation communication plan, project management process, our approach to training many staff before, during and after implementation, and the lessons learned throughout the entire process.
