This will be a demonstration of the Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC) Alma Analytics dashboard for the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) surveys (fiscal year 2023), including a look at the underlying Analytics analyses (reports). The dashboard is accessible from Alma via Analytics objects, and it returns data specific to each of Florida's 40 state college and university libraries. The underlying reports employ saved columns and saved filters to match IPEDS and ACRL survey criteria as closely as possible. In addition to reporting snapshots of inventory and circulation counts for fiscal year 2023, the dashboard also utilizes Analytics Data Visualization data sets to host reports from outside Alma, including COUNTER usage and counts for shared Network e-inventory.
