How a “simple” lending note brought Collection Development, Acquisitions, Electronic Resource Management, and Resource Sharing together in the CalState Libraries: ERM, Acquisitions, Collection Development & Resource Sharing areas are working together to obtain license information, set up licenses in Alma, and add the RapidILL lending notes to Alma e-collections. After setting up licenses and adding the note, publishing profiles were set up to send the information to RapidILL.
