This presentation will delve into the Rapido migration experience of two libraries –Florida Gulf State University and East Tennessee State University. In this session, librarians from each institution will share how they have worked to build networks of many bridges as well as enhanced user-friendliness and optimized staff workflows. Throughout the migration process, both libraries collaborated with partners in the ILL community and benefited from the invaluable support of Ex Libris’s awesome staff. The goal is to present ELUNA attendees with the data demonstrating the impact on staff time and improvement in the expeditious fulfillment of user requests.
