As one of the Program for Automated Library Systems' (PALS) Support and Training Librarians, the presenter has worked to onboard two new members to the PALS ERM team and trained and consulted with the Consortium of MnPALS Libraries member libraries on how to work with Alma/CDI ERM. The software sometimes allows libraries customization and multiple access options. However, that can cause challenges to learning.
