Why Doesn't CDI Discovery and Linking in Primo Behave Like My Old Un-named Discovery Product

When new staffers arrive in our Consortium for electronic resource management (ERM) work, they sometimes wonder why Alma and the CDI results in Primo don't behave like another primary discovery product that lets users find and link to articles. Hear an experienced ERM staffer explain why there are significant differences between an un-named product and Alma/CDI/Primo.
