This session will update participants on the work of the DEIA in Search Advisory Group. Recently, the group put forward several enhancements for Alma, Primo VE, Rialto, and Leganto. This presentation will discuss trends within the advisory group's community survey about the DEIA Exclusion tool and basic principles/concerns about trust, transparency, and bias in conversational artificial intelligence. Finally, presenters will discuss a new initiative to inventory measures that academic libraries use to measure diversity and inclusion within their collections.
