Do you have a process for evaluating OA collections in the Community Zone (CZ)? Do you maintain local open access collections? At the University of Guelph library, we asked these questions during the process of creating an OA management in Alma framework. After migrating to Alma, we noticed a need for a framework outlining how we select, maintain, and provide access to OA content. Many of our migrated OA links were broken and outdated. We also had no clear direction on what OA collections we activate from the CZ. This presentation will discuss OA content in Alma, as well as our decision-making process and current framework on how we manage open access content in Alma.Orchestra C/DEx Libris Knowledge Days and ELUNA Events 2024eluna-conf-planning@exlibrisusers.org
