This session will provide an overview of two Alma subject areas: Fulfillment Configuration and User Management.

Fulfillment configuration will cover creating and using Fulfillment Units, Terms of Use, and related tools and functionality. In addition, you will have a chance to learn basic troubleshooting techniques using the Fulfillment Configuration Utility, so bring a laptop if you would like to participate in a hands-on activity. 

User Management will cover the methods of creating the various types of users, how to edit and update a user's identifying information and roles, creating patron limits and blocks, and some basic customization of a user's experience in your Discovery system.
